About

Hi. I'm Ruhan.

I'm an independent researcher and the founder of Inquire. My work sits at the intersection of machine learning, neuroscience, and the philosophy of science — what it means to actually know something, and how the tools we build reflect the limits of that knowing.

I started mentoring student research because I think the practice of research — forming a question, designing an honest test, sitting with uncertainty — is one of the most transferable things a person can learn. Fifteen-plus students have now taken projects from a vague interest to a finished, defensible result.

Inquire is the broader version of that project: a place where independent researchers at any level can share work, start conversations, and take the question seriously.
